It would be hard to get any worse customer service than what I received from this place.
I’d give 0 stars if I could! I contacted them about a new Jeep and was subsequently contacted by someone from a California phone number though the dealership is obviously NOT in California. The “sales” person (and I use the term “sales” loosely) said to call him anytime if I had a question. I called him at 6PM and he told me he wasn’t working and handed me off to another person. That person called me and said I could send them photos of my trade-in and they would get to work right away getting me a number for my trade-in. I sent over 20 high-res photos and he said he wouldn’t have the trade-in number that night but, definitely by noon the next day. I said that was really fast – and told him I appreciated it so, if the number was right, I could put a deposit on the vehicle.

Purchased a 2018 power wagon and within one hour realized the transmission was jumpy and there was little to no power to the truck.
Let the dealership know immediately, they told us at first that it was normal, and then to bring it in. Fast forward 30 days, it’s under repair. Completely useless. Unable to go above 25mph, transmission rattles, clunks, lurches, randomly just stops accelerating, it’s dangerous and just overall a huge lemon. We are the proud owners of a power wagon with no power… or transmission. Buyer beware.

Customer service was great! But we had our car detailed, when we got it the next day only 5 out of the 7 seats were cleaned.
The back two still had dog hair and crumbs all over it, the center console and dash were definitely not wiped down. When I called to complain the gentleman was more than happy to have us come bring it back in but if I want something done right I’ll do it myself.

Bought a local trade in from Legacy Dodge on a Wednesday.
Sold us service that weren’t done even though “they do it to every vehicle before selling work can’t be done until it warms up) Vehicle service work wasn’t completed either. Scheduled to go to Ford for its work and back to Dodge for completion, told 2 days. Well it’s now Thursday and had we not dogged them it wouldn’t of been done. Truck is deleted, we drive to coast and back, dropped truck off in tune 1, get it back today and it’s in tune 5, WTF!!! Very disappointed and headed to attorneys office to verify what legal actions I have. No idea what they were doing to the truck in tune 5 as the service work was to the under carriage of the truck. I no longer trust the dealership or shop. Please be aware of the antics Legacy Dodge pulls!!

My wife brought her car here for a service and a few days later it overheated on her way back from work.
Took it back and they said it needed a new thermostat housing so I got that fixed. But, same day engine light came on. Took it back again and they said it was an engine misfire so I needed new spark plugs but since everything was running normal they cleared the code and said to go back if light comes back on. Few days later, engine light came back on and it overheated again with coolant leaking everywhere. Took it back again and now they said it needed a new water pump. Asked if they fixed the wrong part and the manager said fixing something is like a chain reaction, it leads to other parts breaking. So I got that fixed too but guess what, engine light is back on again. I’m hesitant to go back and end up paying for more repairs
